How to unsubscribe

If you no longer wish to continue to be a member of the Know-how programme, you will need to log into your profile and delete your account. To do this you will need to:

1. Click here to log in.
2. Fill in your login details (your username is your e-mail address).
3. Go to "Edit my Profile".
4. Click on "Delete" your account button.
   
   
5. If you are sure you want to unsubscribe Click the OK button.

Please note if you have not visited the website before, you will need to answer the secret question before being able to unsubscribe.

Please note that unsubscribing from the Professional Know-how programme, can take up to 24hrs to take effect.
